Manufacturing Excellence

The aim of this course is to give participants an introductory understanding of the major global and production drivers behind the run-out of manufacturing excellence and the perceived benefits and potential pitfalls associated with its implementation on site. Also discussed will be attitudes and issues relating to management-worker consultation, good faith industrial relations issues, and industry training and career pathing.
